Refund Policy

OpenCloud Studio Suite

All sales are final

OpenCloud Studio Suite is a digital product that is delivered and usable immediately on purchase. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including:

• unused time remaining on a monthly or yearly subscription;
• forgetting to cancel before a subscription renewed;
• buying the wrong plan or module by mistake;
• deciding the Software isn't for you;
• changes Roblox makes to the Open Cloud APIs.

Before you buy: the free tier lets you use every module in read-only mode, so you can confirm the Software runs on your machine and connects to your Roblox account first.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically. Cancel before the renewal date if you don't want to be charged again — cancellation stops future charges and your license stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. You can cancel any time from the Store screen in the app or by emailing support@ocstudio.xyz.

Litecoin payments

Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed. If you overpaid, sent the wrong amount so your order didn't match, or paid after the quote expired, email support@ocstudio.xyz with the transaction ID and we'll apply the correct license or send the difference to an address you control. This is a courtesy, not a refund.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error (for example, charged twice for the same order), contact support@ocstudio.xyz within 60 days and we'll correct it.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes a right you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived. If such a law applies to you and grants a refund right, that law controls to the extent it conflicts with this policy.
